We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During new product launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Within Australia
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:
- 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.
House of Kaos is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and item
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
